Deposit/Cancellation Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation, we cannot accept cash or check. In the event you need to cancel your reservation there is no cancellation penalty if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to arrival. A 100% deposit will be processed for your stay 24 hours before arrival. Deposits will be forfeited if a cancellation or reduction in nights originally booked is made less than 24 hours prior to arrival. All deposits will be applied to the equal value of the last days of your reservation.

Note: Certain high demand dates require a deposit 30 days from arrival and cannot be cancelled within 30 days of arrival.

Room Rates

All rates for King rooms are per room, per night, double occupancy. All double Queen rooms are per room, per night, quadruple occupancy. All rooms are subject to Maine rooms tax (currently 9%). King rooms cannot accommodate more than two (2) guests.

Pet Policy

We're dog friendly! Dogs weighing under 50 pounds can be accommodated in our pet friendly hotel for an additional $20 per night, per dog. Please read below to learn more:

• We have a limited number of pet-friendly rooms, you are able to book these rooms on our online booking engine or by calling us directly at (207) 616-0832.
• Please keep your pets on a leash at all times around the exterior of our property.
• Pets won’t be permitted in the breakfast area, due to health code regulations.
• We ask that if you walk your pet around the surrounding neighborhood that you clean up completely after your pet.
• Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
• Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.
• Violation of this policy could result in fees due to damages or claims by any third parties disturbed by your pet.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge guest’s account commensurate to the cost of such damages.
• To ensure the safety of other guests and staff, your dog must have all legally required core vaccinations.

Arrivals

Check in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be provided based on same day availability. Please contact Guest Services in advance if you require a late arrival after 11:00 PM.

Departures

Check out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be provided based on same day availability.
